The Identity Bus هوية حافله

I am all in favor of a standardized service in support of the seamless exchange of identity data. انا كل ما في وموحد لصالح الخدمة دعما للتبادل سلس للبيانات الهوية. At present, public facing services need to support an alphabet soup of methods for ’sharing’ identity data. وفي الوقت الحاضر ، تواجه الخدمات العامة على الحاجة الى دعم الابجديه الشوربه من أساليب ل'تقاسم هوية البيانات.

It is great for those of us interested in the technical nits and nats to converse about this, but in order to have full scale adoption of identity interoperability it needs to be seamless and mindless. انه امر رائع بالنسبة لنا نحن المهتمين في المجال التقني وقنديله nats الى عكس هذا ، ولكن لكي يكون لها من الحجم الكامل للاعتماد المتبادل الهوية تحتاج الى ان تكون سلسه وطائش. Mindless in the sense the the end user of a system, web site, etc., does not have to think about which credential to use to gain access to a resource. طائش في لمس المستخدم النهائي للنظام ، شبكة الانترنت ، وما الى ذلك ، لا يجب ان نفكر فيها الى استخدام وثائق التفويض في الوصول الى الموارد.

The thing I am having a lot of trouble understanding is why anyone would want to re-label this as LDAP. الشيء انا بعد متاعب التفاهم من شانه ان اى شخص لماذا تريد اعادة تسمية هذا النحو LDAP. The use of LDAP has been so bastardized already, why add more confusion to. استخدام LDAP bastardized وقد تم ذلك بالفعل ، لماذا اضافة الى المزيد من الارتباك. History: LDAP is a protocol for accessing data stored in a directory (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol). التاريخ : LDAP هو بروتوكول للوصول الى البيانات المخزنه في دليل (ال دأب). The term has been used incorrectly for many years. عبارة غير صحيحة وقد استخدمت لسنوات عديدة. If it is a directory, why can’t we just call a directory a directory? إذا كان من دليل ، لماذا لا يمكن لنا فقط اتصل دليل دليل؟

I’m thinking out loud here, but this identity ‘bus’ should be called something like the IBS - Identity Bus Service… انا هنا افكر بصوت عال ، ولكن هذه الهوية 'الباص' ينبغي ان يسمي شيئا مشابها الرابطه -- خدمات الحافلات الهوية…

Dave Snowden on the abuse of language ديف snowden على التعسف في استعمال اللغة

It has been one of my peeves for some time how respectable and relevant terminology gets co-opted to the point that it no longer makes no sense to anyone. لقد كان واحدا من مصادر المضايقات أو يضايق بلدي لبعض الوقت كيف محترمه والمصطلحات ذات الصلة يحصل يختارهم لدرجة انه لم يعد اي معنى لأحد. Clearly I believe in Knowledge Management, but what passes for KM most days is really Information Management dressed dressed to appear as something different. واعتقد بوضوح في مجال ادارة المعارف ، ولكن لماذا يمر معظم الايام كم هو حقا ادارة المعلومات يرتدون الزي لتبدو كأنها شيء مختلف.

Is there really a skilled worker shortage? هل هناك حقا نقص العاملين ذوى المهارات؟

AT&T CEO says hard to find skilled US workers & ر المسؤول التنفيذي الأول في يقول من الصعب العثور على العمال المهرة من دولارات الولايات المتحدة

I find it very tiring to keep hearing the corporate block heads moan and groan about a skilled worker shortage in the USA. وارى انه متعب جدا لابقاء الاستماع إلى رؤساء الشركات كتلة الانين والاهه عن نقص العاملين المهرة في الولايات المتحدة الامريكية. Is it really a shortage of skilled workers or a shortage of vision and innovation on the part of corporate titans? هل هي فعلا من نقص في العمال المهرة او نقص في الرءيه والابتكار على جزء من جبابره الشركات؟

Sure, there are areas of the country (the world?) where it is tough to find skilled workers. من المؤكد ان هناك مناطق من البلاد (العالم؟) حيث إنها صعبة للعثور على العمال المهرة. There are ways to alleviate that issue through creative compensation, a more enlightened view of workforce management, higher pay, and remote work/telecommuting. وهناك سبل لتخفيف تلك المساله من خلال التعويض الابداعي ، واكثر استناره ونظرا لادارة القوى العاملة ، وزيادة الأجور ، والعمل عن بعد / من بعد.

Those complaining the strongest need to change their views on compensation, value creation and allow their workforce to adapt and innovate instead of enforcing rigid and out dated hierarchies and antiquated human resource models. هذه الشكوى بأشد الحاجة الى تغيير آرائهم بشأن التعويضات ، والسماح بانشاء قيمة قوة العمل لديها على التكيف والابتكار بدلا من فرض الجمود ، والمءرخه في التسلسل الهرمي من اصل عتيق ونماذج الموارد البشريه.

What needs to be answered is; is there a shortage of skilled workers or a shortage of skilled workers willing to work for low wages? ما الذي ينبغي الاجابه عليه هو اذا كان هناك نقص في العمال المهرة او نقص في العمال المهرة على استعداد للعمل لانخفاض الاجور؟
