Collective knowledge is viewed in terms of information within the context of the organization. المعرفه الجماعية ويعتبر من حيث المعلومات ضمن اطار المنظمه. It is created by the application of context sensitive personal knowledge derived through the personal knowledge creation cycle, as well as the explicit information contained in systems (process and or technology-based). ومن الناجمة عن تطبيق الشخصيه الحساسة في سياق المعرفه المستمده من خلال انشاء داءره المعارف الشخصيه ، فضلا عن الصريح الوارد في نظم المعلومات (عملية او والقائمة على التكنولوجيا). Ideally, information would be acquired, shared, and then acted upon. This actionable information is then in turn fed back into the collective knowledge creation cycle, and also used as input in the personal knowledge process. ومن الناحية المثاليه ، وسوف يتم الحصول على المعلومات ، وتقاسم ، ثم التصرف بناء على ذلك. اتخاذ اجراء هذه المعلومات بعد ذلك بدوره في تغذية الجماعية في دورة خلق المعارف ، وتستخدم ايضا كمدخل في عملية معرفة شخصية.
