Human Capital documentation?
I was either directed or stumbled on this blog entry about documenting human capital. The blog entry is entitled "Documenting human capital: The next wave of economic development." There really are some thought provoking ideas. I am not sure how soon we will see this, but we are certainly seeing and have seen attempts to assign value to human and intellectual capital.

The First KM News blog entry
Knowledge Management News™ now has a blog. Yes, it is about time. I spend lots of time reading RSS feeds but just haven't had the time to config a blog on the KM News website.
Hopefully you will find that I have more time to blog than I have to write my email newsletters. The newsletters have been sparse the last few years (as most of you know). I'll keep sending out occasional newsletters but will focus more on getting things into the blog.
